At IdentityCraft, our mission is to build our customers designer, handcrafted home furnishings at the best value in the industry. Since 2003, we have been helping people like you acquire stunning, high-end custom furniture at great prices --- while providing outstanding customer service. We have a physical “bricks and mortar” furniture showroom located in Van Nuys, California and a 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, California. Here we offer custom high-end upholstered and wood furniture to discriminating shoppers who don’t believe that buying furniture should be a compromise --- and neither should you. At IdentityCraft, you don’t have to settle for something “off the shelf”. Our expert craftsmen will custom make your furniture with your choice of finishes, fabrics, hardware and sizing.

No Brands… At IdentityCraft you won’t find any branded furniture. Many of our offerings are “Exclusive Collections” developed by our staff of designers and are only available through our showrooms. By combining classic, stylish designs, fine craftsmanship and affordable prices, we are able to offer an outstanding value to our customers. One might call our style “eclectic elegance”, where combining different styles of furniture is not only acceptable, it’s encouraged. Handcrafted… IdentityCraft is not a discount store. We don’t carry “promotional furniture” found at the large “big box” chain stores. At IdentityCraft, each piece of furniture is made in the USA by skilled carpenters and upholsterers from start to finish…not on assembly lines like the others. Please watch our video tour of our showroom and factory. We use REAL WOOD…NO PARTICLE BOARD in our construction. Unlike many of our competitors, our furniture arrives FULLY-ASSEMBLED and ready for years of enjoyment. It’s these construction differences that give IdentityCraft furniture its character, charm and unparalleled beauty.

We are able to offer the best furniture value in the industry because we manage our operations and costs very carefully. Our factory-direct concept of retailing ELIMINATES all agents, reps and distributors, which can significantly inflate the retail price you’re paying for merchandise. Our “off-the-beaten-track” showroom and factory helps us keep our overhead low, with our rental rates being a FRACTION of what typical retailers are paying. Furthermore, we don’t stock inventories. Since most of our furniture is made-to-order, we don’t get stuck with large quantities of “overstocks” (something that plagues most furniture retailers). We produce exactly what we need and nothing more.
Non-Commissioned Sales Staff… Our sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable and excited about our product offerings. They are not paid on commission and don’t wear plaid suits…so you won’t experience any high-pressure sales tactics. Most of our sales staff are home décor fanatics and enjoy IdentityCraft furniture in their own homes as well.
